Order summary
When you place an order with Lightbar, you will receive an automatically generated email confirmation. This email is only a confirmation of receipt and cannot be treated as legally binding. At this point, lightbarclo.com still reserves the right to cancel the order if there is an error in pricing or availability. If we are unable to deliver your order, we will contact you right away to cancel.
Prices and payments EU
If you are shopping within the EU, all prices are displayed, including 24 percent VAT. Product prices do not include shipping charges.
Payment Methods
Lightbar Concept currently accepts most of the cards via Stripe. Your purchase total is only charged when your order has been processed and shipped.

We offer Box Now shipping method for orders within Greece, for orders within the EU we offer Geniki Taxydromiki shipping method.
The rates are flat, as below:
Greece - Box Now - 5euros / Free above 50euros
EU - Geniki Taxydromiki - 10euros / Free above 150euros
*For all the Box Now orders, Lightbar Concept will choose the closest to you locker based on your shipping address.
We strive to ship all orders within 24 hours during normal business days.
The estimated delivery times do not consider any possible delays caused by payment authorization or stock availability.
Returns and refunds
If you would like to return any of the items purchased, we offer a 30-day return policy, valid from the day you receive your order. Please contact us via phone at 2385306732 or via email at lightbar60@gmail.com
Returns have a processing time of approximately 3 business days from the day we receive the package.
All items returned must be unworn, unused, and be in the same condition as when received will all tags and original packaging materials.
All skin care and make up products cannot be returned or exchanged.
We suggest that you request a receipt when you drop off the package as proof of delivery from the shipping courier.
Parcels that are refused or not collected at a pickup point and are returned to Lightbar Concept may be subject to the return costs associated when processing your refund.
Please note that we do not pick up returns that are delivered to access or pick-up points.
This return policy applies to online purchases only and does not apply to purchases made in-store.
Shoebox
The original shoebox is an important part of the product you have received and has value for many customers. If you are returning or exchanging the product, please take extra care to ensure it isn't damaged. In case of damage, we will reject your return.
Once we receive your return and the above conditions have been met, it will be processed. You will receive an email, and we will refund your money by way of your original payment method. Your refund will be issued for the total purchase price, excluding shipping.
