I wrote the wrong shipping address on my order. How can I fix it?
You have 1 hour after your order has been placed to call us at 2385306732 and let us know with your order number and the new address for your shipping. After 1 hour, unfortunately we will not be able to amend your order.

Can I make a change to my order?
If you'd like to make changes to your order, you need to contact us at 2385306732 in 1 hour after your order has been placed. If you contact us after 1 hour we will need to cancel your order and place it again with the changes you want to make.

Parcels that are refused or not collected at a pickup point and are returned to Lightbar Concept may be subject to the return costs associated when processing your refund.
